We currently require an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to work in the Medical/Surgical wards.

Essential Criteria:

  • Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA with minimum current 2-3 years Post graduate Medical/Surgical experience
  • Demonstrated excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to work all shifts
  • Commitment to the philosophy of continuous improvement and ongoing education
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a team
  • Current medical/surgical nursing experience

Casual position

The hospital comprises medical, surgical, rehabilitation and day surgery units and operating theatre complex. Specialty areas include orthopaedics, general surgery, inpatient and day rehabilitation, outpatient physiotherapy and hand therapy.

Tamara Private Hospital is currently seeking a physiotherapist to join the Allied Health team. The position will be located within the rehabilitation unit however there will be scope to work within the acute clinical area and outpatients.

Essential Criteria:

  • Full AHPRA registration
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and written
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment and independently as required
  • Commitment to professional development and maintenance of current evidence based practice
  • Understanding of OH&S practices and Quality Improvement Practices
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, implement and evaluate treatment programs

Desirable Criteria:

  • Ability to work in wide range of clinical areas
  • Previous experience in a private hospital setting
  • Member of Australian Physiotherapy Association
  • Experience in Rehabilitation

We currently require a permanent part time Registered Nurse to work in the operating theatre.

Essential Criteria:

  • Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA with minimum 3-4 years current post graduate experience
  • Recent scrub/scout or anaesthetic/PACU experience
  • Demonstrated excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to work all shifts and participate in on-call roster
  • Commitment to the philosophy of continuous improvement and ongoing education
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a team

  • Minimum of 4 years recent acute medical /surgical ward experience
  • Demonstrated recent acute medical/surgical ward experience
  • Verified excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to work all shifts
  • Commitment to the philosophy of continuous improvement and ongoing education
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a team
  • Evidence of current clinical competencies e.g cannulation, pain management
